Hello again kids, Hopefully the term kids isn't too insulting. At 20, I know I'm old, but by far not the oldest. This post is in regards to all the bickering and pointless accusations taking up space on our beloved board in the past few days. I'm not sure if we all understand what exactly constitutes rudeness, so I'm going to go over it. I'm also going to give you all my contact information, including AIM. Contact me any time with any questions. I'd also like to go over the accusations that Megs and I are the same person. We aren't. My real name is Jennie and I'm an almost 21 year old living in Salt Lake City, Ut. I go to school full time, have a 18 year old Appendix gelding named Crow's Copper Rivet and a very busy schedule. I've been playing sim since 2003 at the last stint and started Impulsion Sim in 2004, and am still running it. I served as a co-admin of all sim under another owner. Megs, on the other hand, has been simming off and on since 1997 and has run this board on and off since I started. She had some trauma involving a family member about eight months ago and that's where she went. The board would have stayed as is, except someone managed to guess the password and took over, banning me and several other non-deserving members. I then guessed the password (it was Megs) and contacted Megs. She agreed to allow me to run the board until she gets back. I honestly don't know much else about her. Now back to rudeness. In my terms, rudeness is defined as an impolite comment about any other member or directed towards any other member. This doesn't mean you can't disagree, it simply means you should do it using personal communication. We don't have enough space on this board to take up space with silly arguments. So, if you must, take it to email or AIM or MSNM. Please do not respond to a statement you find to be rude; instead, contact me or the other party via email. Responding only fuels fire and you will be held responsible. I have instituted a simple three strike system. One count of rudeness and you get an official warning. Two counts, and you will be warned again. Three and you will be suspended for a period of time to be determined by me. If it happens again, or if the offense is bad enough, you will be banned. Permanently. Please note that this system only applies to actions that break one of our four rules. So double playing, things of that nature, do not matter.
