i planted this in sep '10, sheltered it over the harsh winter, trimmed several fronds in early spring. it was putting out new growth, so i thought it was fine. Spring winds have been tough and fronds are suffering from that, but now i've also noticed new growth looks very woody and damaged...the newest doesn't look like it will come out at all. any clue what is wrong and what I can do?
