I'm new to the palm tree community. Love to see them and would like to learn to grow one at home to admire daily. We bought a 7 gal. Silver European Fan Palm from Home Depot/Morningstar about a month ago. In the past week, it has developed black spots on some fronds which, subsequently, seem to start wilting. I started treating with a commercial-type anti-fungal spray. Is this the correct course? Should I be doing something else? Suggestions? Thanks
