I'm terribly sorry to hear of your problem with their products.
I bought 4 of their 7gal palms and they are doing well so far.
Mine were purchased at Home Depot where they do have a 1 year guarantee on all the plants they sell including palms.
If that is where you purchased yours, they must honor their guarantee and refund your money.
Not sure if Lowes has this guarantee or not.
