I saved a neighbors Phoenix from weevils w/ one of the effective legal insectides, but it stopped growing for most of a season, and he got impatient and pulled it! The Division of Plant Industry at Gainesville, Florida [Doyle Connor Bldg., 32615] has free publications on this weevil. It doesn't look much like a roach, by the way. merrill
