I know some of you have visited or are current members of Bananas.org, but I wanted to bring to everyone's attention the wonderful accomplishment several of the members have done. Yesterday, marked the fruitation of a long term vision of quite a few of us. Bananas.org rolled out the 1st edition of our quarterly magazine!!! The first edition is an e-mag, but future publications are planned to go to print!!!
The first edition, even though I have yet to read it cover to cover, is a high quality magazine that is chocked full of information about bananas. Sections include articles on specific types of bananas, pests of bananas, history of bananas, recipes, etc. It is a full 46 page magazine with very limited advertisements. Hopefully, we will be able to increase subscriptions and ads so this magazine can only get better and better!
