windmill palm uprooted

windmill palm been in ground for 4 years apporximatley 12' tall at center of top new fond growth had bad snow storm mature fonds dead/wilted. new center fond growth dry and brown at tips. roots have started uprooting and base of trunk has expanded where roots exposed. HELP!!!!
