Tim, I know it's discouraging for that to happen, but don't give up hope just yet, they may recover.
Give them until at least June before pronouncing them dead.
There are things you can do for now that may help them live such as pouring hydrogen peroxide into the crown till it bubbles over. This helps kill any rot that may be occurring.
Allow this to dry out completely and treat with a good fungicide.
After treatments, keep the palms dry from rainfall until new growth appears.
