It's my understanding that small quantities don't require an import permit, and they do take paypal for payment so it was easy to order from them. I've gotten great communication from them, I was even notified when my seeds shipped. I'm hoping the princeps seed I ordered from them will germinate, but I understand they're difficult. Still, I've had better luck with these seeds than any Trachy seeds I've had before, so I'm guessing the others weren't very fresh. I'll order from them again based on this experience.
