I'm very sure that your Windmill palm will come back in the spring. We did receive some very low
wind chill values on those two days that you mentioned. Below zero here in Murfreesboro, if I remember correctly.
After seeing Charles Cole's Large Windmill Palm
near Sparta which has survived several winters
like this and even worse It seems that your palm will recover fine!
