I have two Windmills planted in front of steps to house.-Built house 3 years ago (Birmingham, Al). Of the 2, one has grown MUCH taller & faster than the other. however, just recently, the tall one seems to be growing brown fronds in the new center, not looking good. The other one is amazing... i have never treated them, just planted in the red clay of B'ham. Can someone advise how to save this tall one? - PS: It also started to get "weak" near the top, fronds were growing farther apart just before all this happened. I put some Miracle grow (dilluted) and put a slow drip hose to help this one, it just ain't looking healthy and if it dies, it'll look pretty bad with only one palm in from of house. I ordered the Palm food also...
