Hey Guys: I was lucky enough to have my Sabal Louisiana send up two beautiful white flower stalks this summer, resulting in lots of fruited seeds. Help! Now what do I do to harvest and process the seeds for future planting (and SEPS distribution)? I got the mother plant a few years back from Alligator Alley in Oklahoma. I have photos of it flowering on my cell phone if any one wants a look see. Also, the article on Sabal seed identification/comparision was great! Thanks, Susan Schneider, Mt Pleasant, N.C.
