Neem oil soil soak

I have discovered a new systemic that works for scale, take 4 tablespoons of neem oil and mix it with waterin a 5 gallon bucket and slowly soak the root zone with this mix. The palm will take up the neem oil active ingredients into its tissues and will repell the feeding scale. It is also a good idea to spray the palm with neem oil at the same time for an immediate punch to the scale. The uptake in the palm will help stop a reinfestation.
