I couldn't see you photos, but I do understand how you feel. It's funny, I grew up 1 hour west of Savannah, but the town I lived in didn't have any Spanish moss. You had to go to nearby rivers to see it. It was later that I think I figured out the higher elevation and no water source nearby is why there was none in the town. I've heard people always talking about redbugs in them, but I've never seen them or been affected by them.
Glad you could get some from Lisa. If you need more, let me know - I "cultivate" a good it in my trees on the coast.
I recently tried to add ball moss which I collected in Brunswick, GA and put them in the trees.
