I'm in the early stages of working with Timber Press on a revision of "Palms Won't Grow Here and Other Myths" (they called me believe it or not). The biggest failing in the original book was lack of good pictures of LARGER plants in a variety of geographic locales. I'd like to remedy that this time around. The new book will expand the hardiness range to the colder parts of Zone 8, since many people even in these areas DON'T think about our favorite plants as viable!
So... have some great plants you want to showcase (especially folks in Zones 6 and 7)? All I can promise is photocredit but I hope many SEPS members whose "experimental' landscapes have thrived in the past 5 - 6 years will send me GOOD, HIGH-RES images of their favorites - palms AND all the other plants we like to grow!
