Sure am sorry I am not able to help you, but I did see on the IPS forum, Palmtalk, someone had some already with some trunk forming. I was fortunate enough to get one from Stan McKenzie last summer and they looked great, in my opinion. The cost was VERY reasonable. You may want to touch base with him to see if he has any left over or is planning on getting some more in this spring....
