Both Arenga engleri and A. micrantha have done very well for me in SE Georgia. My micrantha in particular is getting some size to it. The newest leaf, which just emerged, is about five or six feet long. The engleri, which I planted from a quart container about four years ago, is about half that size. Nice palms.
