Y/N strategies for CP???

Does anyone worked/works with a child that has a CP on Y/N? (very low cognitive level). He constantly moved his head on the sides esp. when he's sitting down. So teaching nodding and shaking head for Y/N is not possible. An ASL sign is also not possible due to hand spasticity. I tried him to blink his eyes but it doesn't seem to work maybe because he has very short attention span. Anyone? Thanks.
