I've been working with this population for a couple of years. There are some very good websites with lots of ideas. Here are just a few of my favorites: www.ablenetinc.com (ideas page), www.wati.org, www.lburkhart.com I also record simple stories so the kids can 'help' tell the story. Songs are good, too.
