Well the only thing that I can see, is to start with mouth exercises. Exercises such as puffing up the cheeks, moving the tongue from side to side, etc. I have a client with oral motor problems, he is a little younger, but these exercise are working. I ordered a game from a company named Super Duper Publications called "The Mighty Mouth Board Game". It comes with Mouth exercise playing cards, mirrors, and game ideas. This was very helpful.
