I am sorry but I need to disagree with "Sierra"'s objectives. The goal is written as "independent", so she needs one more objective under this that states the "independent of cues/prompts" to take her all the way to the goal as written. If the goal is to reach PHYSICAL independence, then you are fine. If it is to reach SPONTANEOUS independence, then that needs to be reflected in an objective.
