Hi! I work in a pediatric SNF with medically fragile children, several who are paralyzed and limited to using eye gaze and minimal head movement to communicate. One is older and uses the Dynavox Vmax with Eye Gaze (but we are both working on operational competence) and one is beginning trials with a Dynavox 4 (still trying to determine best switch for access to scanning). Two others are beginning to learn lower tech eye gaze methods. Anyway, long intro to ask for help ~ specifically, I am looking for therapy ideas to keep them motivated ~ activating bubbles and switch toys helps to an extent (but I only have so many/low budget)...I need more ideas/ways to let them have control or participate...hope this makes sense...and thanks in advance for any feedback...I am a relatively "green" therapist and have just been practicing for a little over a year. SOOOO much to learn!!! Kind Regards....Rinda
