I have been looking at Proloquo lately and have played with it a little for a patient. I would modify the program's language around core vocabulary http://www.vantatenhove.com/materials.php
or check out The AAC Institute for help & lists
My patient will be getting a PRC ECO2 which already has core built in so we are just using the Ipad as a therapy tool
