Nonverbal six y.o

I'm still very new to the field & just got a new kiddo on my caseload. He is 6 y.o and has a seizure disorder with a PLS-4 score of <0.1! I don't know what to do & feel very helpless...can someone please give me advice?? Thanks!!!
