I was scanning the message boards for information like this bc I am currently working with almost the same student that "ontherox" mentioned. I just wanted to see how things are going bc right now I feel like EVERYTHING I am doing doesn't seem to be getting through to my student. Any thing workign so far? Does your student initiate any communication or show interest in any particular activities? I have this stacking toy from babies r us that lights up as you place the stars on and then makes music at the end. So far this is the only thing that the student shows interest in for me.
