My son has been using proloquo2go for approx 2 months now - we have had similar problems listed. the speaker system that came with it would get muffled from time to time - I took out batteries and put them back in - seemed to fix it for a while.
My son has also deleted the program more than once! I called Apple and they said as long as the child has access to the app they can delete it - you can restrict apps entirely so they can't use them, but can't keep them from deleting the ones they use. So frustrating! I too spent hours setting it up for him with his own home page etc - then it was gone!
I find downloading and saving his vocabulary awkward - there are 4 or more steps and even when I think I've done it right - sometimes it still doesn't save what I thought it did.
Does anyone have tips on backing up vocab for prologuo?
