I think establishing a "known" and anticipated routine is very important. Here's an idea to try (or not). Get a couple of the cheap hardware aprons from your hardware store (about $2). Then wear them. Place transition items in the pockets like the earlier idea of using keys for the bus, toilet paper squares or part of a diaper for toilet time, spoon for eating, diving circle for circle time, etc... Present the item verbally, place in her hand while saying it again, lead her to the activity. Always try to have an object that represents the songs you sing too. It's a start and good luck! You'll learn tons and then be able to help others here in the future. Take care!
