When you use ITunes to purchase and download an application, a box appears that you need to agree with their terms. I think that it is in there that you can download it to 5 devices. If it isn't there then it was in another pop-up box on the site. In addition, once you download it the first time, you can click on it again through your account and it will list how many more downloads you are entitled to (for example, 4 more). The speaker works great. The batteries only last about 30 hours so we purchased rechargeables. The case adds a little bulk and weight but the student does not seem to mind and it still looks good. I would guess that Medicaid/Medicare do not cover IPods or IPads as they typically require that the AAC device be designated by the manufacturer for AAC only before they will pay. For example, it can't be used for a planner, internet access. etc.
