I use a lot of ideas and materials from Michelle Garcia Winner.
We have used some software programs from Model Me Kids.
Look at the materials I have posted and be sure to go on Jill Kuzma's site under social thinking 1 of 4 and get her free ideas/materials.
Today what I did with one of my groups- I used the egg pictures (found on my blog under social thinking 2 of 4)and a flip camera. The studnets acted out the scences and I filmed it for them to watch afterwards. I had them say out loud what they were thinking. It was hilarious and they had a great time. We even had a "dead" egg that just layed there and said nothing. We were all "cracking up!" ...sorry I couldn't resist
