is anyone familiar with angelman syndrome? i have a 5th grade girl with that diagnosis and previous testing indicates a receptive language age of 10-12 mos. and an expressive language age of 5-7 mos. her mom is convinced that she was using PECS or something similar way back in kindergarten, but i've seen very little from her. we've tried switches, pecs, eye-gaze activities, etc. i'm at a loss. . .any suggestions of ideas to try and/or suggestions for her three-year reevaluation.
