hi there,I am 43 and am in braces.I have a tongue thrust.I hesitated spending so much $$ on orthodontics because I knew I had this bad habit.My ortho put in tongue cleats,upper and lower.They are pretty sharp and really discourage this habit.My tongue is being retrained and my teeth are looking great.
