You can talk about behavior that is "expected" and "unexpected." Make a list of what behaviors are expected in different situations even role play. I would also use visuals- picture of raising hand, picture of blurting out (for classroom behaviors)etc. After you have helped the student understand the vocabulary meanings and helped him/her identify the behviors in others or situations then you can work on identifying it in him/herself.
