If you find the solution- publish it- you'll be rich!
In the mean time can you find out their interests? I'm guessing it might be video games. Could you create lessons around that? I'm not sure if what your students are working on but articulation skills would be the easiest by reading ads, game descriptions, etc. and practicing their sounds. If they are working on language needs you could still use ads and compare and contrast cost etc. Maybe they could create their own game and write ads (lots of problem solving!)with descriptive language, etc. Try having them create TV ads and video tape them for your group.
I guess the best advice I can suggest is finding a hook or something they really like video games, music groups, sports... and plan something around that. Maybe even checking out a video to watch about their favorite actor, sport, etc. and plan lessons around it.
