I am looking for ideas on how to represent the concept of "done" or "finished" with a child who is nonverbal with low cognitive ability and poor visual attending. He has learned to use a modified "more" sign with prompts to request items but throws objects when he is done. We are working on pairing photographs with objects but on a very concrete level. I'm not sure he could use a photo for this (as in PECS). I have tried the "done" sign with no response. Any ideas would be appreciated.
