I have a second grader who has asbergers and is adhd. He is presently in a general education classroom of 17 students and the only support he receives his speech 2x30min/week. His teacher and I are having a difficult time getting him to complete writing tasks. He has several great ideas that he can verbally tell you, but they are so detailed that he forgets them by the time he settles in to write. If we try to get him to streamline his ideas he gets frustrated, annoyed and angry. The teacher is very frustrated because he needs constant 1x1 time that she can't give with so many others in her class. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. :)
