I assume your referring to Vantage Plus from Prentke Romich Co. One of my students just got a vantage plus. We have an "inservice" set up in a couple of weeks w/ the PRC representative in our area. Have you contacted your rep or tech support for any suggestions? I had to call tech support & the guy I spoke w/ was very nice & said to call them anytime, that's what they are there for. This will be my first student to use aac device, so I'm trying to figure out what to do also! Good luck!
