Help! Does anyone have a good exp lang screening tool that I can find? I have an 8 yr old who has tested avg/above avg. on the standardized tests but when you try to have a conversation with him he struggles with - organizing thoughts, word retrieval, turn taking, topic maintenance etc. I would like to try some informal things to narrow down his greatest difficulties... anyone with suggestions:-)
