I have a 4year old boy who has a lot of difficulty producing the /f/ sound in isolation. He demonstrates appropriate placement of articulators but when he is prompted to make the /f/ sound his cheeks puff out, making it sound very floppy. I have tried asking him to smile; holding his cheeks; biting his lips lightly. Does anyone have any recommendations?
