Wow, are we fishing for something or what???? Why was he given two educational measures and then the GORT as well? What is the Cog Assessment Sys? Is that another IQ test? Geez!
This student was not given a language test although he was given a heck of a lot of evaluations! I would give him one. Psychs are NOT SLP's and should not be dx language delays just as we would not diagnose learning delays or low IQ. However, the information can be used and is helpful.
I would use the OWLS. I avoid the CELF-4 like the plague. CASL is good too. The OWLS-II is now out and I like it as much as I liked the original.
