Hi there,
I have a student who is able to produce /s/ in isolation; however when moving him to syllables or words, the child will insert a /t/ immediately after the /s/.
Ex: stun/sun, stee/see, stip/sip
He is able to produce the words when he pauses between the initial /s/ and the rest of the word, but is unable to blend them together without the /t/!!! I should also mention that he is able to produce /s/ in the final positions of words without difficulty.
ANY SUGGESTIONS WELCOMED!!!
