I've had two cleft palate students, one with VCFS. I was referred to "Therapy Techniques for Cleft Palate Speech" by the doctor who was consulting on my student. His name is Dr. Robert Sprintzen (out of New York). He is not the only contributor to the book, but I'm sure if you google him you'll get a lot of info. Good luck- I made little progress because both students had residual anatomical issues. The book also addresses what you can and cannot fix with therapy.
