Have you tried the "stickers" fruit roll ups? I had a kindergarten student I worked with all year last year and the only thing that worked was placing a very small piece of the fruit roll up on her alveolar ridge to get her to make contact between her tongue tip and ridge. We even made it a game and I put it on her tongue tip and she had to "stick" it to her alveolar ridge. After so many times, she could eat it! We are now working on /t/ in all positions while reading and in conversation! Good luck!
