I have a client who is 3 who's parents are extremely concerned that he is "stuttering". The only thing I hear when I do therapy with him are some phrase repetitions that may involve anywhere from 3-6 repetitions (i.e. "I got- i got-i got i got- i got one of those at home" 
I have always been taught that phrase reps at this age are normal - but what if there are that many reps (6?)
