I have two copies which were already at my school when I started working here. I am familiar with Hodson's cycles and my in-clinic practicum was in a Phonological Preschool.
We ALWAYS used real words, in context, in repetition, in imitation.
So, I do not use the Easy Does It for Phonology, because I cannot see the use of using nonsense syllables (oka, willub, oot, etc) and practicing incorrect pronunciations like wemon (even for a contrasting word pair). I would rather somebody contrast leak and week (real words), than lemon and wemon.
