Deedlebrd thanks for your input. I work for two different school districts. I am only at one of those for two half days a week. The times you suggested sound reasonable. I might need to reduce the sessions by two to feel reasonably comfortable that I could meet those minutes to be in compliance. Is it unethical to take into account when you are scheduling minutes issues that go on in your personal life that could affect your ability to serve students...illness of self, parents, children.
Since a sub is not hired when I am absent, I think it is reasonable to allow two or three days a semester for days I might have to miss due to family obligations. Is this unethical?
