You could follow a similar system to Metaphon therapy and teach her that the difference between the two sounds: One is quiet/whispery and the other is noisy/like a truck. Something that has worked for me is to remind them to "turn their motor on" and use a picture of a truck to visually prompt them when they can't say /z/.
