I agree about tongue position for those sounds. I wouldn't spend any time on that either. For the voicing, I would develop her awareness of the vibration in her throat. I have the child place their fingers on the larynx and make continuant contrasts (f/v, s/z) building the awareness of 'voice on' and 'voice off'. I use the example of a cell on vibrate, that it needs to feel like that.
