I have Easy Does It for Articulation: A Phonological Approach, which was updated in 2002. I think it is a great resource for phonological flashcards for activities. It's not going to give you much regarding how to implement a phonological approach though. I recommend that you read Targeting Intelligible Speech by Hodson for detailed information, then follow it up w/ Dawn's Cycle's handout which is available for free on this site...somewhere (do a search for it- I think it is in the materials section now). Her outline really highlight the important aspects of cycles but it didn't read clearly to me until once I'd read Hodson's book. Then utilizing Easy Does It for Phono. was a piece of cake. Good luck!
