... after reading your post again... if you mean "double ceiling" as in they hit a ceiling and then get some items correct after that, I will usually count the lower one but mention the scattered skills above it in my report, unless I think the double ceiling is related to the way the test is organized. I always go back until I know I have the lowest basal and count from there.
