Model, model, model there's no getting around it. Depends on how old the child is. You can have a sentence cut up into words and let the child arrange the cards to make a sentence. Let him/her be the speech teacher. He/she must decide if what you say sounds right or wrong. If it's wrong can he/she correct it?
